It’s always a pleasure to visit this place. Specifically enjoyed Vegetarian Counter created for the breakfast, probably managed by Saraswati. Breakfast managed well for the guest by Anand in support of Sam, Nazlan, Ika, Ira, Amy. Also appreciate support of reception in getting prompt and better small needs. Special mention of Ben, Anand, Zaine, Wanie.

We stayed here for one night after an exciting holiday in the Far East and this hotel did not stack up to the standard we had experienced on our travels. The décor was tired and not in good condition. I felt the bathroom was very basic and the paintwork, carpet and fixtures seemed old and overused. We had breakfast which offered a range of items but I did not feel comfortable here. Nevertheless KL is a a super city and it was all worth it to see the Petronas Towers!

The staff are nice. The hotel is very dated and in dire need of repair / upgrading. Some of the issues we had. - Initial room stank of cigarette smoke, thankfully the staff moved us to another room. - Shower head was broken, was usable but not great. - Beds are very hard. - Buzzing electrical sound from outlets in 1 of the rooms - Pool was closed for repair work, ( we never got told this till checkin) - Very evident that the maintenance team have been doing their best, but a lot of patch jobs using sealant. - Wallpaper coming off the wall Can see that in its prime it very likely was a great hotel, but lack off up keep has seen this degrade horribly. We ended up checking out early and booking into another hotel. Didn’t even bother trying to get the remaining stay refunded as we just wanted to get out.

We booked two nights here, but we slept one night only as we cannot sleep in such kind of environment. The toilets in the room cannot be flushed, we have to call for staffs to flush it while the room gives a dirty smell 😡no wifi even they provided password and everything but you will not get it as it is super weak . No update of closing swimming pool while we are booking. I shared the feedback with the front office, and they just said okey. No apologies given, no explanation of what’s happening. Worst experience

Water pressure good, club rooms good size,luggage was taken to room because we are in our 80's After this all is down hill, not a clean hotel, not enough staff, WiFi nearly non-existent, changing free drinks in club lounge and not saying on their app that it was booked on. All food in club lounge was cold, even early on. Phone calls from Malaysian and UK family members not answered by reception.
